Cancellation Policy
Supplement Cancellation.
You may cancel your supplement order, return the unopened products for a full refund, minus shipping costs, up to 3 days after you have received your order, or 7 days after you place the order, whichever comes first. You are responsible to pay for return shipping.
Please include a written statement that you wish the order to be cancelled, the reason for the cancellation, and the order number so we can accurately credit your account.
Once we receive the returned product we will initiate a refund on your account. You will receive an email confirmation. It is up to the processing bank to issue the refund. It can take up to 14 days to show up in your account. If you are local, you may hand deliver the products to avoid paying for return shipping.

Supplement Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you are entitled to receive a refund of your product costs. You will not be refunded the initial shipping cost. You are also responsible to pay for return shipping.
You may request a refund, minus shipping costs, of your supplement order by returning the products. Please have your product package postage stamped within 15 days of placing your order. We will accept unopened and opened supplement returns. Opened supplements must contain the full quantity of the product, minus up to 15 days to qualify for a refund. For example, if your vitamin quantity was 60, your returned bottle must contain at least 45 pills.

Prescription Return/Cancellation Policy
Prescription are non-refundable. If you have purchased your prescription, whether it be traditional or compound, it is non-refundable. If you have ordered your prescription, but haven’t picked it up yet, and need to make a change or request, please contact our office as soon as you can. Accommodations will be made on a case by case basis.
