Dashelle Holliday, FNP is a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Her medical experience began as a nurse in 2008 and over the next 10 years she worked as a float nurse at Dixie Regional Medical Center case managing home health and hospice patients and ending up at San Juan Health as a certified wound care nurse.

She received her master’s degree in nursing from Vanderbilt University in Nashville Tennessee in 2018.

Dashelle remains certified in wound care, and loves family medicine. She provides bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and has a passion for women’s health..
